In stock expedited shipments will ship the same day, or the next business day for orders placed on a weekend, if the order is placed before 12 PM Central Time. Non-expedited orders are processed for shipment within two business days of payment verification, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will provide your tracking number and link to the shipping carrier’s tracking page.
 

Ground Shipping – FedEx, UPS, (Orders less than 150 lbs)

• Order Processing Time: Approximately 1-2 Business Days. During peak season (November 11th – December 31st), processing times may take longer. Please allow a possible extra day for order processing.

FedEx Overnight and 3 Day Shipments (Orders less than 150 lbs)

• Order Processing Time: Same day, or the next business day for orders placed on a weekend, if placed before 12 PM Central Time
• Order Delivery Time: 1 or 3 business days from the day of shipment

ABF/Old Dominion/FedEx Freight Shipments (Orders 150 lbs or more)

• Order Processing Time: Approximately 1-2 Business Days. During peak season (November 11th – December 31st), processing times may take longer. Please allow a possible extra day for order processing.
• Order Delivery Time: See the Freight/LTL Delivery Map below
• Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are considered non-shipping days
• A signature is required on Expedited and Freight Shipments
• Items over 150 lbs will ship separately from items under 150 lbs.
• We can’t ship to PO Boxes, physical addresses only.
• At this time we do not ship to APO/FPOs, US Territories, Canada or other countries

We pride ourselves on having one of the lowest out-of-stock rates in the industry. Occasionally we may have to backorder an item that is on your order. We will automatically ship the item to you as soon as we receive it. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping information, please let us know .

Free Shipping Eligibility

WHardware.com offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders that total $199 or more before tax. Free shipping applies only to select items and is subject to the exclusions outlined below.

Weight-Based Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to any single item or combined shipment that weighs 15 pounds or more. Orders that exceed this weight threshold will automatically be excluded from free shipping, even if the order total meets the $199 minimum.

Product-Specific Exclusions

Certain products are fully excluded from the free shipping program due to size, weight, or handling requirements. These items are clearly marked on their individual product pages and are not eligible for free shipping under any circumstances.
