1. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of their booths, ensuring safety and compliance with event policies.

Vendors agree to comply with all local, state, and event-specific regulations, including health, safety, and fire codes.

2. Waiver of Liability

The event organizers (W Hardware) will not be held liable for any damage, theft, loss, or injury to vendors, their property, or their personnel during the event.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any legal or financial responsibility for accidents, incidents, or injuries occurring at the event.

3. Insurance

Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. By signing this waiver, vendors acknowledge they are participating in the event at their own risk and without expectation of coverage from event organizers.

4. Food and Safety Compliance

All food vendors must hold valid permits from the city of Houston and comply with applicable health and safety standards. The event organizers are not responsible for ensuring food vendor compliance or safety practices.

5. Force Majeure

Event organizers are not responsible for any cancellation or changes to the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or city-mandated closures.
